Legendary Colorado pianist Larry Graham joins Pro Musica in Mozart’s most fascinating piano concerto, No. 24 in C Minor. Also on the program is Mozart’s Prague Symphony, K. 504, written for the city that loved him most. Don’t miss the world premiere by CU composition competition winner, Kurt Mahlenbacher. Dmitri Shostakovich Chamber Symphony for String Orchestra, dedicated to victims of fascism and war

Mozart’s sublime Requiem, completed by his student, Franz Xaver Süssmayr, and re-visited by later musicians and scholars.
Also on the program is Mozart’s beautiful Ave Verum Corpus. Mozart will have the last word! Pro Musica Colorado teams up with the wonderful St. Martin’s Chamber Choir.

This season we present sublime symphonic works: Mozart's Symphony No. 39 in Eb Major, Samuel Barber's Knoxville: Summer of 1915, and Philip Glass' Violin Concerto No. 2 American Seasons. We also have a special presentation of Richard Einhorn's blockbuster oratorio Voices of Light with the Silent Film The Passion of Joan of Arc.
